MISSIONS & MISSIONARIES
Connections, along with our sister FECSGV congregations and all member churches of the First Evangelical Church Association (FECA), are committed to global missions, in obedience to Jesus' "Great Commission" to go and "make disciples of all nations..." (Matthew 28:18-20).
Such missions efforts are realized by Connections members at all levels, whether they be sharing the good news of Jesus to our neighbors or with faraway peoples, supporting our missionaries in prayer or through financial partnership, participating in short-term projects, or even becoming long-term workers in the missions field.
Please explore the following sections on some of our highlighted missionaries, as well as opportunities to partner in missions, whether in prayer, in financial support, or active participation in a short-term missions project!
Please keep in mind that the information here is not comprehensive, and that some of our long-term missionaries are not listed for security purposes, as they serve in sensitive regions.
Short-Term Missions Opportunities
Calling all who are interested in short-term missions! We are looking for faithful brothers and sisters in the Lord to serve in Taiwan, Mexico, and in Orange County, California (outreach to displaced Afghan families), among others. Please see below and/or contact Glenn Duh (giglenn42195@gmail.com) for more information.

MISSIONARIES
GABRIEL WONG
Gabriel Wong works as a Greek Intervarsity staff minister at San Diego State. His hope is to transform the Greek system and the campus. This is made possible by partnering with God to transform students to live transformed lives in college and future positions of leadership. Greek IV exists for fraternity and sorority students to engage with God’s word and allow it to affect every aspect of their lives in order to produce a lasting faith.
Consider donating to support him in his effort of witnessing to college students in fraternities by clicking the button below.
